Shopping rebates app maker Ibotta Inc. said it is worth $1 billion after receiving a new funding round that looks likely to make it the highest-valued technology startup in Colorado.
The dollar value of the deal was in the low nine digits, a spokesman said, indicating an amount greater than $100 million while declining to be more specific.
